These Terms & Conditions govern your use of verluxton.com and the purchase of products from our store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
2. Products
Many of our products are crafted to order. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, or dimensions may occur due to the nature of handmade production and fabric characteristics. We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your screen accurately represents colours.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without notice.
3. Orders & Pricing
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are tax-inclusive. The price shown is the final product price. A flat shipping fee of $29.00 USD is added at checkout. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment issues. If we cancel your order after payment, a full refund will be issued.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and payments processed via Stripe. All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology. Your payment details are not stored by us.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 5–15 business days and shipped via EMS from Novi Sad, Serbia. We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada only. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Verluxton is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. 6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not entered production or been dispatched. Full details are available in our Order Cancellation Policy.
7. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. No restocking fee applies. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Full details are available in our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to images, text, product designs, logos, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of The Verluxton Group LLC or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any content from this website is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Verluxton Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our products.
Our total liability in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
10. Dispute Resolution

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
