Processing & Fulfillment

Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it on the following business day. Standard processing time is typically between 5–15 business days. After your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that VERLUXTON operates with its own production process, and some items may occasionally require additional preparation, tailoring, or finishing. In certain cases, selected products may temporarily be out of stock. If this occurs, our team will contact you with available options, including replacement items or a refund.

During periods of high demand, processing times may extend up to 15–20 business days depending on order volume, production scheduling, and seasonal demand.

As many of our pieces are carefully produced with attention to detail and craftsmanship, certain garments may require additional production time.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

From July 1, 2021, VAT may apply to all commercial goods imported into the European Union regardless of value. VERLUXTON does not collect import taxes, VAT, customs fees, or duties during checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country upon delivery.

VERLUXTON is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any additional charges that may occur during international shipping.

Important Information

• Once a package has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Additional shipping fees may apply for remote or hard-to-reach delivery locations. If applicable, our support team will contact you after order processing.

• In the event of package refusal, shipping costs and any import-related fees will be deducted before a refund is issued.

• Due to seasonal demand and high order volume, certain orders or products may occasionally experience additional fulfillment delays.
