Order Cancellation Policy

This Order Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed on verluxton.com, operated by The Verluxton Group LLC. Because many of our pieces are crafted to order, we ask that you review this policy carefully before purchasing.
Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided that your order has not yet entered production or been dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@verluxton.com with your order number and the subject line "Order Cancellation Request".
Cancellation Fee
We do not charge a cancellation fee. If your cancellation request is approved within the eligible window, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
After the Cancellation Window
Cancellation requests submitted more than 24 hours after the order was placed, or after production has commenced, may not be possible. Once a garment has entered production, materials have been cut and work has begun — we are unable to reverse this process.
If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available. In this case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy — you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Order Modifications
If you need to modify your order (size, colour, or shipping address), contact us as soon as possible at support@verluxton.com. We will accommodate modifications where possible but cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production.
