RETURN POLICY
A. Order Cancellation
To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email at support@verluxton.com
All cancellation requests are reviewed individually by our production and fulfillment team. Approval depends on the current status of the order and production stage.
Please note:
• Cancellation requests can only be submitted via email.
• If the order has already been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
• Tracking updates and shipping label status may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.
If one or more items from your order are unavailable or out of stock, we may ship the available items separately and issue a refund or store credit for the unavailable product.
B. Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, customers must submit a request within 14 days of receiving their order.
We strongly recommend inspecting all items immediately upon delivery and contacting us regarding any concerns.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
• Unused
• Unwashed
• Undamaged
• Returned in the same condition as originally received
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for return or exchange approval.
C. Refunds & Store Credit
Approved returns are issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Store credit is provided after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return approval and inspection typically require 1–5 business days after delivery to our facility.
• VERLUXTON does not issue refunds to the original payment method for returned items.
