Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on verluxton.com, operated by The Verluxton Group LLC. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Do We Accept Returns?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. Returns are processed by post only — no in-person returns are available.

Return Window

You must initiate your return request within 30 days of the delivery date. Once your return request has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of approval. Returns initiated after 30 days will not be accepted.

Accepted Item Condition

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• In original condition with all tags and accessories attached
• Preferably returned in original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or valid order number
• Free from perfume, odour, makeup, or other signs of wear

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Underwear, lingerie, and certain swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom-made or personalised items
• Items with broken hygiene seals
• Sale or promotional items, unless defective upon receipt
• Gift cards

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee on any returns.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective, damaged, or incorrect item received: Return shipping costs are covered by Verluxton. In many cases we will offer a replacement or full refund without requiring the item to be returned.

Change of mind, wrong size, or other customer-initiated returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The original outbound shipping fee is non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Request — Email support@verluxton.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason.
2. Approval — We will respond within 1 business day with return approval and the exact return address.
3. Pack — Pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging.
4. Ship — Send the item within 7 days of approval. Retain your proof of postage and tracking number.
5. Inspection — Once received, we will inspect the item within 2 business days and confirm acceptance by email.

Important: Do not return any item without prior written approval. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Return Address

The exact return address will be confirmed in your approval email. Do not ship to any other address.

Refunds

Please allow your bank or card issuer additional time to post the refund after it has been issued by us. This typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order.

Statutory Rights

United Kingdom: Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Our 30-day commercial policy goes beyond this statutory minimum.

Australia: Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair where goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match their description.

United States & Canada: Our 30-day return policy applies. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable federal or state/provincial consumer protection law.
