If your bank account is in a different currency, your card issuer or bank may apply a foreign exchange conversion fee. This is outside our control.
3. Pricing & Tax
All prices displayed on verluxton.com are in USD and are tax-inclusive. The price shown on the product page is the final product price — no additional taxes are added at checkout.
A flat shipping fee of $29.00 USD is added at checkout for all orders. No other fees apply. Note that customs duties or import taxes levied by your country's customs authority upon delivery are separate and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Payment Processing
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Orders are not confirmed or entered into production until payment has been successfully received and authorised.
If payment is declined or cancelled, your order will not be confirmed. Please try again with a different payment method or contact your bank for assistance.
5. Payment Security
All transactions on verluxton.com are processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. All data is transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.
We do not store, access, or retain your payment card details. All card data is handled exclusively by Stripe.
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method used at checkout, within 5 business days of a return being received and approved. Full details are available in our Return & Refund Policy. In the event of a dispute, please contact us at support@verluxton.com before initiating a chargeback.
7. Invoices
An order confirmation is sent automatically to your email upon successful payment. If you require a formal invoice, email support@verluxton.com with your order number.
8. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to verify, hold, or cancel any order where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity or unauthorised use of a payment method. Affected customers will be contacted by email.
