Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and payments processed via Stripe.

My payment failed. What should I do?

Please try again or use a different payment method. If the problem persists, contact us at support@verluxton.com.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. Email support@verluxton.com with your order number and we will issue an invoice.

In what currency are prices displayed?

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). The currency cannot be changed at checkout.


Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.

How long does delivery take?

How much does shipping cost?

A flat shipping rate of $29.00 USD applies to all orders and all destinations.

Where is my order shipped from?

All orders are produced and shipped from Novi Sad, Serbia via EMS international express mail.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Every order includes a tracking number. You will receive it by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

My tracking shows no updates. What should I do?

Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch. If there is still no movement after 3 business days, please contact us at support@verluxton.com.

Are there customs or import duties?

Orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you are unsure.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Contact us as soon as possible at support@verluxton.com. We will do our best to update the address before production or dispatch begins.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet entered production. Contact us immediately at support@verluxton.com with your order number.


Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item?

Email support@verluxton.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with approval and return instructions. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Is there a restocking fee?

No. We do not charge a restocking fee.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned item and are issued to the original payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the size or style you need.
